Why it exists separately

The grammar app answers a question on a phone. But most people who need to look up a rule are already at a desk with a browser open, and asking them to install something first is asking them to give up. The web companion removes that step.

What it shares

One content source. The rules, the examples and the ordering are authored once and rendered by both the app and this site, so the two can never drift into telling a learner different things — which is the failure that makes a reference untrustworthy rather than merely incomplete.

Decisions

Open, because the content is the argument. The repository is public. Anyone who wants to check how a rule is represented, or argue with it, can read the source rather than take the app's word for it.

Static, and small. The site is a reference, not an application. It renders to files, loads on a slow connection, and has nothing to be logged into.

Arabic typesetting is the hard part, not the framework. Naskh with room for diacritics, a measure that does not break words, and right-to-left as the starting state — the same discipline this portfolio enforces with its own direction gate.
